An Overview of Bibliometric Indices and Keyword Classification in Shift Scheduling

Bibliometric analysis is an important method for evaluating the impact and productivity of scholarly literature. Therefore, this research aims to conduct a bibliometric visual analyze previous publications about shift scheduling in Google Scholar. This study will use Publish Perish (PoP) retrieve all related from Scholar then visualize results VOSviewer software. Initially, there are 600 articles that retrieved Scholar, which were published years 2018–2023. After screening process, only 297 proceed categorize matrices With help VOSviewer, 11 keywords successfully clustered 3 categories sort by using cooccurrences terms chosen publications. In addition occurrence used, popular journals, publishers have also investigated study. The result can researchers identify keywords, top publishers, assist making decisions strategies collaborations.
